1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter «GTC») define the terms of online sale of pumps and related equipment offered by Hydralec Solutions (hereinafter «the Seller») via its website. Any order implies the Buyer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Photographs and descriptions are not contractual and are not binding on the Seller.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. Hydralec Solutions reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of the order.
5. Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Seller confirms receipt of the order by sending a confirmation email.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are: credit card, bank transfer, or any other method indicated on the website.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer. Delivery times are estimates. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
8. Receipt
Upon receipt of the package, the Buyer must check the condition of the products. Any claim must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photos.
9. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, except in cases provided for by law (personalized products, on-site services, etc.). The product must be returned in its original condition at the customer’s expense.
9.1 Special Return Policy for Pumps
Pumps and hydraulic equipment are technical devices requiring strict handling conditions. Therefore:
All returns must be pre-approved by Hydralec Solutions.
Pumps must not have been installed, filled with water, or used. Any sign of use will invalidate the return.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, instructions, fittings, and protective parts.
A technical inspection will be carried out upon receipt. In the event of damage, use, or missing components, a fee may be deducted from the refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, except in the case of an error attributable to Hydralec Solutions.
Hydralec Solutions reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met. The Buyer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except in cases provided for by law (personalized products, on-site interventions, etc.). The product must be returned in its original condition.
10. Warranty
The products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Certain pumps or equipment may be covered by a specific manufacturer’s warranty.
11. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper installation, use, or maintenance performed by the Buyer.
11.1 Exclusions of Liability
Hydralec Solutions shall under no circumstances be held liable in the following situations:
Improper use of the product, or use for purposes not intended by the manufacturer.
Assembly, installation, or commissioning carried out by an unqualified person or by failure to comply with the technical instructions.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, modification of the equipment, or the use of non-original parts.
Malfunctions caused by abnormal operating conditions (temperature, pressure, environment, incompatible fluids, etc.).
Loss of business, loss of profits, indirect or intangible damages of any kind.
Delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure.
These exclusions apply without prejudice to any applicable legal or contractual warranties. The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper installation, use, or maintenance performed by the Buyer.
12. After-Sales Service (ASS)
For any ASS request, the Buyer can contact Hydralec Solutions using the contact information provided. Depending on the situation, a return to the workshop, repair, or replacement may be offered.
The product must be returned in its original packaging at the customer’s expense.
13. Protection of Personal Data
The data collected is used solely for order management and is never resold. The Buyer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, visuals, logos, etc.) remains the exclusive property of Hydralec Solutions.
15. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the Seller’s registered office.
