DELIVERY & RECEIPT OF PACKAGES

Technical Products – Pumps, Hydraulic Components, and Sensitive Equipment

At Hydralec Solutions, we take special care in preparing and shipping your orders. Our products (pumps, hydraulic components, and technical equipment) are inspected, protected, and carefully packaged before each shipment.

Despite these precautions, transportation remains a step beyond our control. Therefore, it is essential to follow the receiving procedure below to guarantee your rights in the event of a damaged package.


Upon receiving your package: mandatory procedure

1. Check the condition of the package BEFORE signing

Upon delivery, take the time to carefully examine:

• the external condition of the package (crushed, open, torn, or damp box),

• the presence of any shocks, impacts, or signs of abnormal handling.

!!! Never sign without checking, even if the delivery person is in a hurry.


2. In case of visible damage

If the package shows any apparent damage:

refuse the package, or

make specific, dated, and detailed reservations on the delivery slip.

Examples of valid reservations:

• «Box crushed on the right side»

• «Package open – product visible»

• «Significant signs of impact»

 General statements such as «subject to unpacking» or «damaged package» are not legally valid.


3. After opening the package

If any damage is found after opening:

• Contact Hydralec Solutions within 48 hours of receipt,

• Provide clear photos of:

• the package,

• the inner packaging,

• the damaged product,

• the shipping label.

📩 These documents are essential for filing a claim with the carrier.


Responsibilities and Legal Framework

In accordance with current regulations:

• The carrier is only liable if proper reservations are made upon delivery.

• No claim will be accepted if the package is accepted without specific reservations.

Hydralec Solutions cannot be held responsible for transport-related damage if the receiving procedure has not been followed.


When the procedure is correctly followed, Hydralec Solutions is committed to supporting you throughout the process:

• Opening a transport dispute file,

• Technical analysis of the product,

• Proposing a suitable solution depending on the situation:

• Exchange,

• Repair,

• Replacement,

• Or another appropriate commercial solution.

Your satisfaction remains our priority, while respecting legal obligations and transport-related constraints.
